Realm Not Backing Up!!!!!

      We have an issue on our realm where the backup, usually scheduled every 30 minutes, sometimes does not happen. This is really frustrating as we do community builds. All progress is lost. This is happening regularly lately.  Last night we spend around 3 hours doing a community build and everything we have done was not saved!!! Please sort this out!!!
