Just as simple as I stated in "environment," the water (at times) makes it where you cannot see at all due to a near completely black screen. I use the latest version of the Nintendo Switch Minecraft bedrock edition, and it happens on my realm that I am the owner of. 

(Side note, not sure if I put the correct version as finding the version on Nintendo Switch seems hard for me for some reason. Logic [to me] would state it should be under settings-general-profile around where the build number would be. I didn't see an option under "affected version/s" for build number, or anything, but the build date was 2019-05-20.)

EDIT I think I spoke too soon about logging off and back on, it does seem to temporarily fix it. But it did happen before too, so unless it's looked at, I'm sure it will happen again.
