My friend tried to renew our 10 person realm on xbox one bedrock edition over 72 hours ago. When he tried he got a message saying "your purchase was successful. However, your realm couldn't be created right now. Please try again later". The payment has been taken from his account but we (including himself) still cannot access the realm.
He has tried every day for the last 3 days and has been prompted with the same message. He has installed all updates and tried to reinstall the game all to no avail.
We both contacted the Mojang support email and submitted our tickets about this 3 days ago (realm's owner case ref: #2739047 and my case reference #2739690) and still haven't heard anything. We checked their site and it says they're still dealing with tickets from the 6th April. We appreciate they must have a lot of tickets, but we don't want to wait 2 months before we can play game again and at have to go through the ordeal of getting a refund for the month we couldn't use.
Has anyone got a solution to this?
