When I throw the ender pearl into the ender portal. I get stuck in the portal. and eventually die. I logged off and on and it took me three times of logging on and off to eventually die inside the portal. We have a realm and it was created on xbox one

When I throw the ender pearl into the portal to the outer ender world, I get stuck in the portal. sometimes It takes forever to die in there. and sometimes, I cannot get back on into the game right way.
