v1.8.1 on both Windows 10 and Nintendo Switch
My realm is expired. I cannot renew my subscription.
At this point I assume this is just a service outage and it will be restored and working later. But this site is showing all greens https://help.mojang.com/ which is concerning. The error messaging and communication is very confusing and frustrating.
On Nintendo Switch, when I click the "Renew Realm" button I get an error: "Something Went Wrong" "We're unable to connect to the store. Maybe check your internet connection?" If I navigate to Store then I see the "We're unable to connect to the store. Maybe check your internet connection?" message there too.
On Windows 10, when I click the "Renew Realm" button I get one step farther. The "Renew Your Realm" window is shown and it allows me to choose 30 or 180 days and 2 of 10 players. However, its button says only "Renew for" which seems odd. If I click the button it then it shows "Maximum Realms Reached" "You have the maximum number of active realms and cannot create a new one right now." If I navigate to Store then I see that "We're unable to connect to the store. Maybe check your internet connection?" message there.
