So when playing on my survival realm with friends, we have mobs in some chunks that we killed. After some time, they reappeared with the same name tags and data. We kept the loot of the previous mob and moved them to a different spot and they still respawn. I can't consistently recreate it because it happens randomly. The more they respawn the more laggy the realm got.
