Villagers are being thrown/moved outside from their current location; they might appear on top of buildings; roofs or any other random surface and even some Iron Golems; by reducing the render distance does not work. 

There have been several times I have rebooting the game by closing it and open it but it keeps happening by the time I get into my realm.
