Bedrock 1.21.40, realm couldn't be created AND Support not responding

Yesterday, I paid to renew a Realm, game troubleshoots and says 'Couldn't be created, we will create ASAP'. Already tried restarting the game, logging back in, and all suggested solutions in the Minecraft website, nothing works. Even worse, I have contacted MC Support multiple times but I always get the same answer (seen below), asking for a receipt and gamertag, despite the fact that I did include those.
Ultimately, this is frustrating because I can't tell whether my tickets are pending to be solved by a real person or just shelved because the system doesn't seem to recognize when the required information IS uploaded.
Some people claim that Support helped them with this issue within a day! If you are one of those PLEASE tell me what should I do.
