Subject: Issue with Realm Backup Functionality
Dear Mojang Team,
I hope this message finds you well. I am Dhiya Hakim, also known as Lightragon in-game, writing to report a significant issue that my friends and I have encountered with our Minecraft realm after the recent update.
Specifically, we have noticed a problem with the realm's backup functionality. Previously, the realm would create backups when players left, ensuring that progress made on builds and structures was saved. However, since the update, it seems that these backups are no longer being recorded consistently. As a result, when players leave and rejoin the realm, they find that progress made on their builds has been rolled back to a state from either 30 minutes or 1 hour ago, depending on the realm's saved backup.
This issue has caused frustration and disappointment among our group, especially considering the amount of time and effort invested in our builds. As the realm owner, I understand that backups are managed on Mojang's servers, and unfortunately, I am unable to rectify this problem independently.
Therefore, I kindly request your assistance in investigating and resolving this issue promptly. Ensuring reliable and consistent realm backups is crucial to maintaining the integrity of our gameplay experience. Any updates or fixes you can provide would be greatly appreciated by our community.
Thank you for your attention to this matter. I look forward to your response and a resolution to this issue.
Sincerely, Dhiya Hakim (Lightragon)
