I was shooting a bow at a skeleton, and suddenly my Bow cloned and I didnt have a sword anymore!
Bow was in Slot 2, Sword in Slot 1

I was holding the right mouse button as I shout the bow I think.

I played for several more minutes, logged out and back in, and its still there!
