There is a very annoying bug which is affecting gameplay massively:

To Reproduce:

1. Load onto a realm on any version of the game (I tried with PS5 and PC)
2. pause the game and go to settings.
3. change the difficulty
4. back out of the menu

Expected Results:

No issues when doing this

Observed Results:

all GUI disappears, co ordinates, paper doll, hand, hot bar etc... (almost like spectator mode)

Character can still move and interact with things, but there is no GUI.
