Trying to join my friend's Minecraft realm gives me one of two error messages. Most of the time, it will return "Internal Exception: java.net.SocketException: Connection reset", but sometimes it'll also say "Failed to log in: null"

Joining normal servers works fine, it's just that realm in particular. Other players are also having no problems joining the realm. I've already tried restarting Minecraft and it didn't seem to change anything. I would occasionally get this error message before, but after retrying 2 or 3 times it'd connect. Now it doesn't work no matter how many times I retry.
