I have been trying to purchase a free trial (or a 2 person sub) on minecraft windows edition for days and I keep getting the same problem. 

Firstly, I don't have a free trial offer, yet I do on Java via the main website. I've never owned a realm before. 

Secondly, there is no price shown on the realms purchase page. When I go to buy it I just get "connection to store lost" which is rubbish because I can buy/download things from the marketplace. 

What do I have to do to make this work? I am not the only person having this issue, yet there is no solution to it!

Also, on the PS5 realms is unable to be purchased, just says "this cannot be purchased" and no explanation as to why.
