In my realm, I like to have global resources so I have texture pack(s), but my members don't have them. However, my packs do not load into the realm. This occurs on all devices of all members of my realm. It's not game-breaking but is very well annoying. Texture packs used to load until not too long ago. I can't remember when.

Steps to Reproduce:     (Video: Reproduction_Steps.mp4)

1. Open the game, and go to "Settings" on the game menu
2. Add a resource pack to "Active" in "Global Resources"
3. Enter a personal world, as seen in "Personal_World.mp4"
4. Look around and remember what the texture pack does
5. Leave the world, and join a realm, as seen in "Realm_Demo.mp4"
6. Look around and find that the texture pack is missing

Observed Results:

When in a personal world, the texture packs work as expected. However, in a realm, the texture packs do not load.

Expected Results

The personal world and the realm should load the texture packs.
