Text in a Written Book or on a placed Sign Disappears in Java Realms as well

      I've seen this issue reported for Bedrock, but I'm having it on my friend's Java Realm as well. Text in Written Books and on displayed Signs disappears. I'm not sure about books that haven't been signed and named. Books still show the proper number of pages, but are blank.
