The Bug:

This bug is very annoying and frustrating. When you enable a resource pack in the Global Resources, then leave the settings screen, the resource packs you enabled will automatically disable when you enter the same screen after enabling the pack, and leaving again.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to the settings screen in the main menu.
2. Enable any resource pack in the Global Resources.
3. Leave the settings screen.
4. Enter the same screen again, then leave.
5. You will notice the "Loading resource packs" screen, this means that the resource packs you enabled are automatically disabling.

Observed Results:

The resource packs will disable automatically.

Expected Results:

The resource packs should not disable automatically.
