on Xbox i am stuck on locating server when joining a friend

      I Have tried joining my friend who plays on windows 10 and I am stuck on locating server.

      My friends who are  on Nintendo Switch and pc/laptops can join.

      I have looked up videos and tried workarounds none have worked.
