This is not actually sign-in issue. We purchased Minecraft (Bedrock codebase) online and installed in Xbox one console memory. When we try to click on the game, it is showing blank black screen first. After 3 to 4 mins, it is changing to white screen and staying like that for ever. This is happening from past 4 days. Before that it used to work excellent almost for more than year. Rest of the games are working fine. Xbox support guy wants to reach you. Can you please help us.
