basically when I have view bobbing turned off, and I have nothing in my hand so that my hand sticks out, when I walk my hand still goes through the bobbing motion, even though my screen does not do the same. I don't think that this is an intended feature, but I have seen java players with view bobbing off, and their hand doesn't move, so might be a bedrock exclusive but I don't know.
