Good morning..

Im not even really sure I'm in the right spot, but I sent an email to Mojang customer email with my problem and they said to go on here and create an issue. So I hope 🤞  I'm doing this right. My son has Minecraft for Xbox 1. He recently downloaded the Jurassic World extension of the game(I guess you can call it). He is trying to make the dinosaur eggs and when he puts them in the hatchery ( I guess you would call it) it is either black and says Spawn or it just disappears. He has been unable to create any dinosaurs because of this, which prevents him from doing parts of the game because he has no dinosaurs. He received the game for his birthday which  was yesterday.  I would really like to fix this for him. If anybody could please please please help Me fix this.
