Hello, I would like to report a bug that occurs when all settings are untouched.

This issue is the same when you increase the tickspeed of the world, the blocks falling are jittering and falling unusually and repeatedly until all blocks are destroyed, but the thing is that this issue shouldn't happen since the tickspeed is set to 1, this has become prevalent on servers or even in offline.

      How to test it?
First: Create or launch a world on 1.16.20.03 and build a tower of items that follows gravity and or items that are breaking when there's no support, such as scaffolding, bamboos, sugarcane… etc., you know what I mean.

Second: Break the supporting block or the first item on the ground and let all of it fall, watch closely when it's all falling and it should jitter slightly, like it returns upwards and back down again.

Third: Observe the sky (note: this isn't noticeable when it's completely daylight), then change the time to near dawn, twilight or midnight and look for the sky jittering, like the sun and the stars returning back to their position with like 10 ticks difference.

Thank you for reading this bug report, I hope it could be fixed on the next full release. <3
