Even though I can only put "1.16.21" right now, it was experieneced through multiple versions. Whenever a person gets killed by another person, it seems like there's a chance that the person's arms will be stuck in a zombie or Bow position until that person gets killed not by another player. The image with the death message is the normal arm position and the image with the player red is the arm position when being killed by another player.
