Exiting nether causes lighting in overworld to stop working partially

      This bug started with the nether update for bedrock.

      when exiting the nether, sometimes, the torches in my base lose their lighting ability, making my base dark, if i place a torch there or break a torch and replace it, the lighting fixes itself. Sometimes it also fixes itself. For a better visual representation, please see the screenshot.

      since the xbox one version does not support sharing of worlds, i cannot give a zipped file For debugging.
