I noticed while in market place that I had some texture packs that had a nether update available and at the bottom of the texture pack picture was a downloading bar that didnt seem to be making any loading progress. I clicked on the picture to go to the texture packs page in marketplace (for ex. 'Mizunos Craft' and 'Beyond the Lands') to try to clicked the download button from the texture packs official page but the download button was blank and wouldn't highlight when I tried to click on it.

After doing a Google research I thought that perhaps my minecraft storage was getting full. I deleted old worlds to make space and also deleted the texture packs that needed updates so I could try a fresh start approach of deleting the data and downloading. Went back to the marketplace to find that nothing had changed and that the texture packs still had a downloading bar at the bottom of the picture. When clicking on the picture link to the packs page it was no different with an all gray blank rectangle button that wouldn't highlight when trying to download and reinstall my deleted packs.

Please help. I deleted my favorite texture packs because I knew I would be able to redownload them in the marketplace but it's not working!
