Selecting block in toolbar places block

      This happens in creative and survival, on maps created on 0.11.1 and 0.12.1b3. When ever I select any block (including buckets) on the toolbar, it places the block. Video attached. Running on a Samsung Note 3 running PAC-man ROM.
