Whenever mobs or any type of animals spawn, at least 3 or 4 of them spawn on the same block at the same time. This happens 80% of the time after you switch the game difficulty from peaceful to easy/medium/hard. I’m not sure if this is a bug or if this is in the game, but it doesn’t look intentional. It is happening on both my Xbox One and Windows 10 PC (in the same world).
