repeating_command_block set to Unconditional + Needs Redstone with a

/tp @a[x=~,y=~,z=~2,r=1.5] 0 100 0

inside does not update while it is powered by a redstone_block. I changed the coordinates to /tp @a[x=~,y=~,z=~2,r=1.5] 0 100 -1000 but the command_block does not update. (And also, repeating_command_blocks tend to completely fail, as I have already reported)
