Controller support issue (ipega)

      I am using a ipega telescopic controller and asus gamepad as controllers. When I use the button to cycle left or right in the inventory it with not cycle the hot bar in that direction(Result: Because of this you have to select the hotbar slot you want before entering the inventory, select the item, exit the inventory, then repeat until you have what you want on the hotbar)
