i wanna report a bug

Since the newest update i have the problem that my Game and console are constantly freezing.
When i play regularly the Game -> just load my safe file and play - it is not happening often.

But for example when I visit the marketplace and then visit the Home menu and then entering the Game again the whole console freezes. Also when i just change the texture pack. When the game freezes i cannot end the software because the menu freezes. The only thing which helps is to restart the console. Sometimes even this does not work because the console seems to not receive any input to shut it down. in this case only a hard reset works
