Fish can be collected with a bucket in flowing water

      When you catch a fish with a bucket, then you pour it down on the ground, wait until the fish swims out of the source block, right-click it with a bucket will give you a water bucket with the fish, even when it's not a source block. Then you can keep doing that to get infinite water even with just one water bucket.
