CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 3600X

GPU: Nvidia RTX 2060 KO (Driver Version: GeForce Game Ready 451.67)
OS: Windows 10 Home (Version 2004)
Loading game initially, it runs fine. However, after several minutes within game world (tried across two different worlds locally) Minecraft has used all 6GB of VRAM my GPU has at it's disposal and soon experiences lag spikes. These lag spikes happen in both single player and hosted multiplayer (have yet to try multiplayer hosted by another device) increase to the point that the game may as well be a slide-show. Accessing inventory or objects in the world causes game to slow as if loading off an old storage device (e.g. accessing a barrel with virtually nothing in it requires a 30-second to one-minute wait until I see the barrel's inventory). Primarily seems to happen when above ground, as this behavior was slowed (if not stopped) while underground for a significant period. I have no mods installed.
