water comes from obsidian block when it should not be able to do so.

what i expected to happen: drain all water from around a partially submerged ruined portal and not have water pour out of a block of obsidian.

What actually happened: I surrounded the upright portion of a partially submerged ruined portal which contained at least one obsidian block under y 63 and then removed the sand right around the obsidian block only to find that there was a water source block in the same block as a full block of obsidian.

Steps to reproduce:

1. open a new world using the seed 359875081

2. go to coordinates 332, 63, 110

3, destroy all slabs and stairs around the obsidian portions of the ruined portal that you find at the coordinates located above.

4. fill in all blocks around all of the obsidian and the ruined portal so that you will not have outside water interfering with reproducing this bug. do this with 2 blocks of sand so that you will find what i am talking about.

5 remove the sand right around the upright portion of the ruined portal and all sand that is around the obsidian of the portion that is lying on the ground.

6. you will find that the crying obsidian does not have this problem just the obsidian.

this relates to bug number: MCPE-47370 where the water was coming from wood planks and stripped wood on a mast of a partially submerged shipwreck.

this bug has been reproduced by ibxtoycat and myself on 3 different operating systems those systems being Xbox (done by ibxtoycat) Playstation 4, and Android. full stats of the phone used to reproduce the bug on Android: Motorola Moto g(6), Adreno (TM) 506, Android 9

And yes that is flowing water in the screenshots. even though it looks like the water is not flowing.
