Steps to reproduce

1. Build a minecart track that ends at lava or a cactus, as shown in Minecart killed by cactus.mp4 and Minecart killed by lava.mp4.
2. Run minecarts down the track.

Expected result

The minecart breaks and drops as an item, allowing the player to pick it up.

Actual result

The minecart breaks and drops as an item, but sometimes the item entity immediately hits the cactus/lava and is destroyed.

Note: this cannot be reproduced for cactus + boats since 1.16.100 due to MCPE-106044.

When any boat type or minecart collide with a cacti or is most the items cases lava they just disappear and do not drop an item, with the tnt minecart and lava it does ignite the tnt so it wouldnt drop an item anyways. I know in java this is a feature so it could be a parody fix or just plain bug.

to recreate run a boat or minecart into lava or cacti they will wobble and disappear 

i combed through the bugs using keywords and found nothing about this bug, if this is a duplicate very much apologies and thank you for taking your time to read this.
