First I started with one form at https://help.minecraft.net/hc/en-us/requests/new
Today I got to the point I send emails every week. I never got ANY response. I only get emails saying that there are "people working on my issue" and that's it. One time I also got email saying to rate the customer support... It looks like somebody removes all the tickets and doesn't care at all.
Since April I can't contact anybody. I tried to redeem my Win10 version of the game but it shows me an error on the Microsoft Store website. I bought Minecraft back in 2012.
