      Summary:
      In third-person view, if you walk or swim while holding a fishing rod, the player's right arm will not move.

      Steps to Reproduce:

      1. Hold a fishing rod
      2. Switch to third-person front view
      3. Walk or swim

      Observed Results:
      The player's right arm does not move.

      Expected Results:
      The player's right arm should move.
