I circled what I mean in the first picture .
The bug:
The "fast info" at the bottom oft the command block GUi is wrong.
So you reproduce the bug:
1)Geht a normal commandblock
2) place it somewhere
3) Go in the GUI of it and change maybe the Impulse mode to repeat mode or change the unconditional mod to conditional mod.
4)Left the GUI
5) Open the GUI again and look to the fast info

The fast info now shows that the command block is still in Impulse mode and that it is unconditional
And the fast info is not displayed at all when you switch oft "last output" (See picture 2)
But all oft that does NOT change the function of the Command block
