Wrong experience bar and hotbar size on my 5 inches device[fixed]

      Since 0.12.1 beta,the experience bar and the inventory hotbar are too big,and i can't select the hotbar slot 1.The first screenshot shows how should be the size(captured from another 5 inches device)
