When placing standard rails on an incline that travels DOWN from east to west, rails will attach to any adjacent rails, even if those adjacent rails are already connected to rails that are in line with them. This issue does not appear to affect inclines that move downward from west to east, north to south, or south to north.

Attached screenshots illustrate both the expected behavior (north-south, south-north, and west-east), as well as the behavior caused by the bug (east-west).

"What I expected to happen was..."

I expected to create a straight line of rails next to an existing straight line of rails.

      "What actually happened was..."

The second straight line of rails started attaching itself to the first, existing line of rails.

      "Steps to Reproduce."

      1. Create an incline, two blocks wide, that moves downward from east to west
      2. Place standard rails down the incline on either the northmost or southmost side of the incline
      3. Place standard rails down the incline on the other side of the incline
