When playing on a dedicated server, all of the players notice that the ping bubble in the server menu is red (which I assume means high ping) even though other servers are in the green. I have tried switching to another server location, but that has not worked. This high ping causes stuttering player movements and stuttery boat movements. But surprisingly block breaking and mob movement is smooth. I even tested the my ping to the server using the IP on cmd and it is an average of 14.
