The adult ocelots front feet really show threw their backs to the point where their backs look as if there are 2 REALLY obvious blocks sticking up. The reason I say "obvious" is because in the pc version the ocelots legs are visible threw their backs but are not this obvious.

The adult ocelots honestly look like they have a hunch back with 2 bones sticking out of the top side of their body.
