Villagers and other mobs are still disappearing. Villages always depopulate any time I leave to go mine or explore. But once it even happened while I interacted with a villager. Once I finished trading with it the villager turned and walked a bit and then disappeared while still on my screen. Also they despawn when I reopen a game.Remaining villagers begin reproducing but these too will despawn in time. It does not matter what mode it is in, it happens in survival and in creative, peaceful or higher mode. I cannot have a village or breed animals as they despawn before I can use them. For example I had some chickens in a fence that was less then 20x20, they would despawn before they matured and could be harvested.

Currently I find the game pointless to play other than for the purpose of building things, this has happened for over a year to me. I cannot level up villagers and I cannot farm animals. I keep hoping invain that a update or hotfix will address this issue. I was told in a previous 1.14 report I submitted to be mindful of where I build a village but that has made no difference.

I like Minecraft and really enjoy playing it but this issue has been persistent and I am reaching my breaking point with it. If it can't or won't be fixed with an update is there something I can do to fix it on my own or at least to minimize it?
