I don't know if it's first time that happened to me but command block has visually updated to repeating and non active. Everything in left side on screenshot doesn't match up down right corner. Command I used there was (execute @e[type=armor_stand,name=Head] ~ ~ ~ summon armor_stand execute ~ ~-2 ~) so this didn't cause any problems.

Happens in version 1.16.1.02
