Armor Does Not Move When Crouching

If my player crouches, the armor does not move with the player model and gives a visual glitch. I am using a skin pack that has a unique player model (coat has a 3d texture) made by the Minecraft team. I was wearing Iron armor, including a chest plate, leggings, and boots, but no helmet.
