Hello, I have had Minecraft: Pocket Edition installed on my Amazon Kindle Fire for a few years already, and I had loved the game, but recently I decided to try out something new and I tried to install a few shaders and sound packs to make my game more lively and generally much better experience for me. It was going fine for a few days, but when I tried to install a new shader from MCPEDL.com for myself and then opened the mc.file, Minecraft was just loading as normal, and the white loading screen pops up, with the Minecraft logo on the top and the progress bar beneath it. I waited for the game to load but it got stuck around 75%, and then the game crashed and sent me back to my home screen. My first initial thought was that the file was too big, since my device was pretty slow, and I deleted my trash files, photos, etc to free up space. So then I launched the game again. Still, the game got stuck and I was back at the home screen once more. Well, I deleted the shader I was initially trying to import and tried again, and the same thing happened. I deleted all my past texture packs and add-ons in an attempt to try to load up the game, with no luck. I deleted the app data, uninstalled the game and then reinstalling it, cleared up my file space, deleting the game from my cloud and reinstalling it, and every way I can think of to get the game working again. And yes, I have tried shutting down my device and rebooting it. I am on version 1.16.1, the Nether Update, and I am really frustrated that I cannot play my favorite game. This started yesterday, July 16, 2020. I have attempted to open the game today as well, with the same results as yesterday. Can you please help me fix this?
Thank you so much for your time,
Jason Ding
