First off, I'd like to state that all of these glitches happen when other people are in the nether, after you have exited the nether, or while you are in the nether.

Lighting - when coming back to the overworld from the nether a lighting glitch occurs 2/3 of the time. Its easy to get rid off, break one of the light sources in the area, then the shading goes away but it gets tedious after a while.

Lag - there is quite a bit of mob lag, especially if you're on a multiplayer world. Examples of this lag would be Slimes and Magma Cubes as they bounce, its incredibly slow and it makes it harder to kill, cause some how in the process with the lag the hit boxes mess up. Another example is farm animals, they tend to move slowly.

Piglins - As my friends and I have been working in the nether for the past couple of hours, piglins tend to randomly attack us for no reason. We avoid mining gold around them, we wear golden boots and we don't attack, but for some reason they still tend to attack randomly. Its usually only one out of a group that does it, not the entire group.
