      I purchased Minecoins through the App Store on June 28 and purchased skins and a couple worlds. Yesterday the skin packs and worlds were no longer on my device and my Minecoin balance was 0 (it should be 70). I have tried logging out and logging back in to my Microsoft account several times and hitting "Restore" does nothing.  MS support says to contact Apple, Apple says to contact Mojang, Mojang says to contact Microsoft. Can anyone please help?
