when in minecraft world and when trying to leave the menu to go to settings has a loading bar that never stop's

      Hello there  i have been playing Minecraft lately and there  was  an issue i was having when i try leaving my world like a loading bar appears but  it never  goes away and i was wondering if you can fix it?
