So here's what it asked me before I tried it in a new world and it gave me the same option in the world where we believe a bug happened. I pressed the option op with cheats off on the bug world so no one had cheats on so it wouldn't be possible for the world to have cheats on other than a big happened when the new nether updates occurred.
