multiplayer not working

      i am palying minecraft  windows 10 bedrock edition and my friend play minecraft  pocket edition .

      i am unable to connect to my friend world.

      the multiplayer is not working as it sometime connects and sometime not.

      i request you to please fix this issue as soon as possible.
