Half slab x-ray glitch

When looking between two half slabs aligned to the top of a two block high space while looking at the players face in third person the camera has a tendency to glitch into the top most half slab allowing you to see through the block. I found this on my friends realms server when I was grinding xp. I was also standing on a chest at the time but I don't know if that helps you fix it.
